Suggested Reconnects

Relinkd helps you rediscover and reconnect with people you already know — through LinkedIn, phone, or email — even if you haven’t imported your contacts yet.

What You’ll See

Relinkd automatically suggests people from your extended network who are matched via email, phone, or LinkedIn.

⚠️ No need to manually import your contacts.

How it works

Open Notifications

Tap the bell icon in the top navigation.

Go to Suggested tab

Switch to the Suggested tab to view recommended reconnections.

View Suggested Contacts

A list of contacts appears — matched using email, phone, or LinkedIn.

Tap Connect

Choose Connect on any suggestion.

A popup will appear:

Reconnect with [Contact Name]

  • 🤝 Let them know what support you can offer — and what you need

  • 📩 They’ll be notified via app, Viber, or email

  • ✅ If they accept, you’ll both see each other’s support and contact info

You can also add a personal message to customize your request.

Wait for Response

If the person accepts:

  • You both receive a notification

  • You’re added to each other’s network

  • Support Cards become visible

  • Tags and relationship strength are synced

What Happens Next

✅ The contact is added to your network ✅ Relationship tags and strength are updated ✅ Both of you can now share and receive support

  • Add your phone, email, or LinkedIn to get more suggestions

  • Update your “How I Can Be of Help” section in My Card to make the most of your reconnection

FAQs

Do I need to import my contacts to see suggestions?

No — Relinkd maps contacts based on your LinkedIn, email, or phone, even without an import.

Will the other person know I sent a request?

Yes — they’ll receive a notification via app, email, or Viber with your message and support info.

What happens if my reconnection request is accepted?

You both gain access to each other’s support and contact details. You’re also added to each other’s network.

Can I customize my reconnection message?

Yes — you can add a personal message when sending the request.

Where can I update my “How I Can Be of Help” info?

Go to My Card from the top menu and tap Edit to update your support section.
