Manage Contacts
Relinkd makes it easy to keep your professional network organized and accessible. This guide will help you view, manage, and update your contacts efficiently.
View Contacts
Go to My Network from the top navigation bar and use the top-right button to toggle between Grid View (contact cards) and List View (table).

The Grid View displays contacts as individual cards, allowing you to browse your network visually. Each card includes:
Profile Picture
Name
Job Title and Company
LinkedIn Icon (if a LinkedIn profile is linked)
Connection Strength Score (indicated by a heart icon and a number)
This view is optimized for quickly identifying people visually and assessing network strength at a glance.

Contact Cards Overview
Each contact appears as a card showing key details at a glance:
Photo & Name – Quickly recognize your contact
Title & Company – See where they work
Tags – Organize by roles or locations (e.g., Mentor, Plovdiv)
Connection Strength – Visual score of your relationship
Quick Actions – View or interact with the contact instantly

Managing Contacts
Edit Contact Info
Open a contact card
Click Edit (pencil icon)
Update fields (name, title, company, contact details)
Tap Save
Add or Remove Tags
In the Tags section, add existing or create new tags
Remove tags by clicking the “×” icon
Add Notes
Tap Add Note (text or voice) to capture key context
Save for future reference
Add New Contacts
Click + Add Contacts (top right)
Fill in the form and save


Organizing & Filtering Your Network
Use the Tags Sidebar on the left to filter contacts by tags
Click a tag to filter, click again or “All Tags” to clear
Use the Support Network dropdown to filter contacts by source (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
Set connection strength to prioritize your network (optional, usually via Organize Network)
