Tags

Tags help you organize your network by grouping contacts based on shared traits — like job roles, industries, locations, or custom labels that matter to you. Think of them as folders or labels that make your network easier to filter, search, and navigate.

💡 Tags are private and fully customizable — use them in a way that fits your workflow best.

Why use tags?

Tags help you:

  • 🗂️ Group contacts by function, industry, location, or context

  • 🔍 Quickly filter and find the right people

  • 🧠 Remember how someone fits into your network

  • 📁 Create a personalized structure that reflects your goals

💡 Tips

  • Use consistent naming (e.g. “Marketing - EU” or “Investor - Warm”)

  • Nest related tags for better structure (e.g. under “Industry”)

  • You can apply multiple tags to a single contact

FAQs

Will deleting a tag remove contacts?

No — it only removes the tag, not the contacts themselves.

Can I use multiple tags per contact?

Yes! Contacts can have as many tags as you need.

What is a Parent Tag?

Parent tags allow you to group related tags together, like "Europe" > "Berlin", or "Company X" > "Engineering Team".

Can I rename or delete tags later?

Yes, just hover over the tag name and select the edit or delete icon.

Are tags private?

Yes. Your tags are visible only to you—they’re meant to help you organize, not be shared.
