Labels

Labels help you organize your network by grouping contacts based on shared traits — like job roles, industries, locations, or custom labels that matter to you. Think of them as folders that make your network easier to filter, search, and navigate.

💡 Labels are private and fully customizable — use them in a way that fits your workflow best.

Why use labels?

Labels help you:

  • 🗂️ Group contacts by function, industry, location, or context

  • 🔍 Quickly filter and find the right people

  • 🧠 Remember how someone fits into your network

  • 📁 Create a personalized structure that reflects your goals

  2. Click the three-dot menu:

    • Edit

    • Delete the label (doesn’t delete contacts)

💡 Tips

  • Keep tags short and meaningful

  • Use consistent naming (e.g. “Marketing - EU” or “Investor - Warm”)

  • Nest related labels for better structure (e.g. under “Industry”)

  • You can apply multiple labels to a single contact

FAQs

Will deleting a label remove contacts?

No — it only removes the label, not the contacts themselves.

Can I use multiple labels per contact?

Yes! Contacts can have as many labels as you need.

What is a Parent Label?

Parent labels allow you to group related labels together, like "Europe" > "Berlin", or "Company X" > "Engineering Team".

Can I rename or delete labels later?

Yes, just hover over the label name and select the edit or delete icon.

Are labels private?

Yes. Your labels are visible only to you—they’re meant to help you organize, not be shared.
