Labelling

Use labels to group contacts by role, industry, location, or custom traits. They act like folders for quick filtering and navigation.

💡 Labels are private and fully customizable — use them in a way that fits your workflow best.


Why use labels?

Labels help you:

  • Group contacts by function, industry, location, or context

  • Quickly filter and find the right people

  • Remember how someone fits into your network

  • Create a personalized structure that reflects your goals


Create a Label

Go to Contacts and click + Labels in the left sidebar

In the label creation panel:

  • Enter a Label name (required)

  • Pick a color to personalize the label

  • Click Create Label

View by Label

  • From the left sidebar, click on any label to see all contacts under it

Edit, Delete, or Assign a Label

  • Next to each label in the sidebar, you’ll see icons for:

    • ✏️ Edit — change the label name or color

    • 🗑️ Delete — remove the label (contacts remain untouched)

    • 👤 Assign — quickly select contacts to assign this label


❓FAQs

Will deleting a label remove contacts?

No — it only removes the label, not the contacts themselves.

Can I use multiple labels per contact?

Yes! Contacts can have as many labels as you need.

Can I rename or delete labels later?

Yes, just hover over the label name and select the edit or delete icon.

Are labels private?

Yes. Your labels are visible only to you—they’re meant to help you organize, not be shared.
