Add Contacts Manually

Not all connections live in LinkedIn or your phone. With Relinkd, you can manually add new people - from event contacts to referrals or collaborators.

Once added, you can immediately assign notes to remember context, purpose, or next steps.

This is especially helpful when:

  • You want to stay proactive with new connections

  • You need to document a conversation or idea tied to someone not yet imported

  • You’re organizing your network beyond what’s online


How to add contacts manually

Go to Contacts

From the left-side drop-down menu, select Create Contact

Fill Out the Contact Form

A form will appear. Add any of the following:

  • Full Name (required)

  • Email (recommended for linking and reminders)

  • Phone number, company (optional)

Submit the form

Once you've entered the contact info, tap Create contact. The contact is now added to your network.

Can I add someone without an email address?

Yes, but we recommend adding at least an email to help you connect, search, or integrate in the future.

What if I accidentally added a duplicate contact?

Manual contacts can be edited or removed at any time from the ⠇menu in contact card.

Will the contact know I added them?

No — everything stays private and visible only to you.
