Groups for Members

Groups are smaller topic-based sections within a Space. They help members connect around shared goals, interests, or ongoing projects.

Finding and Joining Groups

• Navigate to the Space and on the left you will see the Groups.

• Click Join to become a member of a Group.

• If the Group has a join question, you must answer it to join:

  • Your response is saved in your Profile under that Group.

  • You can update your answer anytime.

Posting and Tagging

• Members can create posts within the Groups they belong to:

  1. Click on Start a post...

  2. Add Title and Content

  3. Apply tags (auto-tagging)

  4. Click Post

• Posts can belong to one Group only, but you can use multiple tags.

• Tags help organize discussions and make posts easier to discover.

Commenting

• Click Comment to reply to posts in your Group.

• All comments are visible to other Group members.

Exploring Group Content

• Browse posts by tags or by latest activity.

• Read introductions or pinned posts to understand the Group’s purpose.

• You can leave a Group at any time without leaving the Space.

You’ve joined a Group — now it’s time to make it meaningful. You can:

• Share your thoughts and engage in discussions.

• Respond to the Group question — your answer appears on your profile and shows what you bring to the table.

• Auto-tag your posts with existing tags created by the admin for better visibility.
