Add Note with Voice

Quickly capture ideas, insights, or follow-ups — no typing needed. Voice Notes let you record moments that matter and optionally link them to your contacts, keeping your network rich with context.

How to Add a Voice Note

Go to Reminders

Open the Reminders screen from the left navigation.

Tap the + Add Reminder Button

Start Recording

Tap the microphone icon (on the right). You’ll see a “Listening…” indicator.

Stop Recording

(Optional) Assign to a Contact

If the note is about a specific person in your network, select contact from drop down menu to link the note. This makes it easier to track your interactions.

(Optional) Set a reminder to convert your note to reminder

Tap Save reminder to instantly add the note to your reminders.

FAQs

Where do saved voice notes appear?

They show up on the Reminders Latest tab and on the profile of the contact it’s assigned to.

Can I use voice notes without assigning them to a contact?

Yes, you can save general notes, and assign them later when you’re ready.

Can I assign a voice note to multiple contacts?

Not yet — a voice note can be linked to one contact at a time.
